FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

What do you charge?

Our fees are AUD $220 per domain name (inclusive of GST) to engage us, plus a success fee of 10% of the final purchase price (excluding GST) if we successfully acquire the domain for you. The purchase price of the domain itself is separate and payable to the seller.

Do I pay anything if you can't buy the domain?

The $220 engagement fee per domain is non-refundable because it covers research, WHOIS capture, valuation and outreach. The 10% success fee is only payable if the domain is successfully acquired.

Will the current owner know it's me?

No. We approach the registrant anonymously on your behalf. Your identity is never disclosed unless and until you specifically instruct us to reveal it.

How long does an acquisition take?

Most negotiations conclude within days to weeks, but timing depends on the registrant. Some owners reply within days; others take longer or decline to engage. We keep you updated throughout via your buyer dashboard.

How is payment handled?

Payment methods vary by deal. Depending on the size and parties involved we may use a licensed escrow provider, registrar-held funds, or direct bank transfer. We agree the secure method with you before settlement.

Which domain extensions do you broker?

We work on .com.au, .au, .com, .net, .org and most country-code and new-gTLD extensions. If you have a target in mind, submit an enquiry and we'll confirm.

Can you guarantee you'll get the domain?

No broker can. The registrant is under no obligation to sell. What we do guarantee is professional, discreet representation and 25+ years of experience negotiating these deals.

What if the domain is already for sale?

Listed prices are usually a starting point, not a final price. We still add value by negotiating down, verifying ownership, securing the transfer and protecting your identity through the process.

Full terms are set out in our terms of engagement.
